You shall not post, transmit or make available in any way through CATHOLICHUB.TV any software or other materials which contain a computer virus, trojan horse, timebomb, worm or other rogue programming ("Rogue Programming"). CatholicHub TV has no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the Information on CATHOLICHUB.TV is at your risk, and you are advised to take adequate precautions to minimize any loss to your system caused by Rogue Programming, including use of anti-virus programs and proper backup of files.

All rights to podcast and Radio originating from the producer, including the content and technology included therein, are reserved to the producer. CATHOLICHUB.TV.-hosted podcast and Radio are available for personal, noncommercial use only. You may link to CATHOLICHUB.TV. podcast and Radio from your personal Web site and audio files may be downloaded and played on any system for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided that, unless permission to do so is expressly stated:
(a) you do not modify or delete any of the podcast and Radio content nor individual audio files;
(b) you do not redistribute the MP3 audio files made available as part of the podcast nor any audio file downloaded from CatholicHUB.TV;
(c) the use or display does not suggest that CATHOLICHUB.TV,

8. Limitation of Damages
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL CATHOLICHUB.TV. 9. Release and Indemnity
YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY AGAINST CATHOLICHUB.TV. AND/OR THE AFFILIATE STATIONS ARISING FROM. YOU ALSO AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, CATHOLICHUB.TV. AND THE AFFILIATE STATIONS, FROM AND AGAINST, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY, INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEYS FEES, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CATHOLICHUB.TV OR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Modifications
These rules may be modified by CATHOLICHUB.TV. from time to time and such modifications will be binding on you when placed online.

The Price List for each product displayed on the Website represents the full retail price (inclusive of all taxes unless specified otherwise) for said downloadable Music. You shall pay for such downloadable Music using one of the payment options available on the Website. The Price List mentions the prices of each downloadable Music and the User shall pay from within India and Outside India in Indian currency (ie Rupee) We reserve our right to change the prices of the Music and services and the availability of the same at our sole discretion

Please note that payment can be made only in India Rupees and all the above payment instruments must have been issued by entities operating in India and subject to Indian regulations.
Payment made by credit card or any other mode as mentioned above should be received by us on time. If for any reason we do not receive payment from the credit card issuer or any agent involved in any of the above payment modes, You agree that you shall pay all amounts due upon demand by us.
All Sales Final Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Music. All sales of Music are final. We do not accept returns of Music. Once you have purchased Music, we encourage you to download it promptly. If you are unable to complete a download, please contact customer service within 30 days of the payment. The Music will be removed from your library and the amount that was charged during the payment will be refunded in the form of store credit. The Music will also be replaced in cases of genuine technical errors as mentioned in the replacement policy.
You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Music you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We may, from time to time, at our sole discretion remove Music from the Service without notice.
